MKTG Services has changed its Nasdaq ticket symbol from MKTG back to MSGI.
In addition, the relationship marketing services company said it would seek shareholder approval to change its legal name to Media Services Group Inc.
The New York-based company was granted a one-year license to use the old symbol after selling its direct marketing business to a subsidiary of CBC Cos. last year.
“This is the last piece of housekeeping related to the sale of our northeast operations,” said CEO Jeremy Barbera in a statement. “Our new identity better suits our current operations as well s the opportunities we are currently exploring for the new year.”
