MBS, a direct marketing services provider, has hired Randall James to serve as its chief technology officer. As CTO, James leads a team of more than 30 IT professionals in the strategic design, development, and delivery of Central Islip, NY-based MBS's marketing automation solutions.
James was most recently employed at Americo Life Inc., where he acted as senior vice president and chief information officer for six years.
