E-mail marketing company MarketsOnDemand, Chicago, has named Anthony (Tony) Priore as its president and Larry Buchweitz as senior vice president. MarketsOnDemand is the data products division of Toplander Corp. Priore is also president of JobsOnline, Toplander's career Web site. Priore joined JobsOnline as president in January 2001. Prior to that he was senior vice president of marketing for Yesmail.com.
