Loyalty Lab, Inc., an on-demand retail loyalty and customer management platforms provider based in San Francisco, has added a seat to its board of directors. The position will be filled by Chuck Davis, chairman of shopping search engine Shopzilla, Inc. His appointment is effective immediately.
Davis has more than two decades in direct marketing and e-commerce. He joined Shopzilla, formerly Bizrate.com, in 1999 as president and CEO and ushered through its 2005 acquisition by The E.W. Scripps Company. Davis had been president of e-commerce for The Walt Disney Company’s Internet Group before taking the helm at Shopzilla.
