Loss of Telco Biz Hurts Consumer Direct Revenue, but Turns Profit

Consumer Direct attributed the revenue drop to its discontinuance of its direct marketing division’s “Telco” marketing activities. The earnings growth was spurred by higher productivity in loan originations, reduced operating costs and elimination and consolidation of several salaried positions.
