The multi-year agreement calls for Epsilon to train and dedicate between 40 and 50 client services team members to implement and operate Unica products for its customers. Burlington, MA-based Eplison is already planning to upgrade several of its clients to Unica’s Affinium campaign and marketing management software. Unica is in Lincoln, MA.
Epsilon’s use of the Affinium product suite will open the non-profit and mid-sized company market, both of which had been limited in their ability to use Epsilon’s products and services due to financial constraints.
