Some 40% are concerned about not receiving critical communications from their credit card company because of spam blockers at their Internet service providers.

And, 38% are unsure about how to complain to their ISP when the mail doesn’t get through.

Are they mad enough to switch? You bet, said 47%, if they didn’t receive a critical communication from their credit card company.
