J. Robert Lieber, chairman/CEO of LLKFB, New York, will be leaving the agency to start his own business. President will assume his responsibilities Loreen Babcock and COO Harry Koenig, two of the direct response agency's original partners.
LLKFB was founded in 1996 as a full-service direct communications agency. It is a part of Omnicom Group Inc.
