Internet Europe to Acquire Hungarian E-Marketer Vatera

Internet Europe BV will acquire Hungarian ecommerce company Vatera.hu Kft from IEurope Capital.

Terms were not disclosed.

IEurope confirmed that the purchase includes the non-Hungarian operations as well.
