Interchange Corp. to Acquire Inspire Infrastructure

Interchange Corp., a paid search services firm, will acquire Inspire Infrastructure 2i AB, a Swedish Internet and wireless local-search technology company, for nearly $22 million in cash and stock.

Interchange, Laguna Hills, CA, plans to integrate Inspire's products and services with its portfolio of local-search and advertising solutions, powered by its Keyword DNA technology.
