Inktel Direct, a direct marketing services provider, will purchase selected assets of Technion Communications, an inbound and outbound call center based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
As part of the acquisition, Inktel Direct will operate a 200-seat customer service center in Tamarac, FL. The new facility will be integrated with Inktel Direct's Miami Lakes call center, as well as its Chicago-based fulfillment and distribution center.
