InfoUSA will acquire @Once, an e-mail technology company that specializes in retention-based marketing. @Once is based in Portland, OR. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Once the acquisition goes through, Omaha, NE-based infoUSA will merge @Once’s operations with those of its existing e-mail subsidiary, YesMail. YesMail is based in San Carlos, CA.
