IBuyDigital.com of Brooklyn, N.Y., has filed an initial public offering to sell up to 4 million shares of common stock.
The online consumer electronics marketer company said it intends to use proceeds from the offering to fund sales and marketing activities, for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
