HSN U.S. has named Mark Ethier chief operations officer.
Ethier joined the TV home shopping channel in June 2001 as executive vice president of operations, where he was responsible for managing customer care, fulfillment, logistics, information technology and administration. Previously, Ethier worked for the Walt Disney Co. as senior vice president of global operations at the Disney Stores.
