GourmetMarket.com, a Portsmouth, NH-based online foods marketer, has completed the acquisition of Williams Software Inc. d/b/a FirstPop Technologies for an undisclosed amount. GourmetMarket.com, a Portsmouth, NH-based online foods marketer, has completed the acquisition of Williams Software Inc. d/b/a FirstPop Technologies for an undisclosed amount.
In addition, James Baker, FirstPop chairman/CEO, has been named GourmetMarket.com president/COO and has joined the board of directors.
The company said it made this acquisition in keeping with its efforts to build a full function interactive marketing operation. Earlier this year, the firm acquired permission based e-mail marketer TargitMail.
The new combined company will be headquartered in Portsmouth.
