EToys.com has named Barry Hollingsworth vice president and chief financial officer. He joins the firm as the company prepares for its proposed merger with BabyUniverse Inc.
Hollingsworth, a 20-year finance veteran, most recently served in the same position for Stratos International, a manufacturer and marketer of optical systems.
