EForce Media Inc., an online marketing and lead generation firm, has inked a deal to acquire Global Direct Marketing Solutions Inc. Santa Monica, CA-based eForce Media should finalize the deal by late August. The financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal will provide eForce with the ability to back up online-generated leads with call center operations. It will also extend eForce’s potential market: The company has traditionally focused on the mortgage, debt consolidation, automobile, insurance and education markets. Irvine, CA-based Global Direct’s clients are primarily from the heath care industry.
