EFI, a printing systems manufacturer, will acquire Jetrion LLC for $40 million.
The acquisition is expected to add between $3 million and $5 million in revenue to EFI's fourth quarter results. Jetrion's products are currently anticipated to show top line growth of 30% to 40% in 2007, according to EFI.
The transaction is expected to close during the fourth quarter.
