Deluxe Corp. will lay off 260 people when it closes its Syracuse, NY customer service call center during the first quarter of next year.
The business-to-business direct marketer said it would "work closely with the affected employees to provide a variety of support services, including severance benefits and outplacement assistance as well as affording them opportunities to apply for other open positions within Deluxe."
