Coupons Inc., a provider of printable coupon marketing and technology, has acquired a 50% interest in Cashstar International, the Australian parent of Couponstar Ltd (UK) and Couponstar Pty Limited (Australia). Those companies provide printable coupon marketing systems within Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Terms were not disclosed.
The companies plan to focus their first joint efforts on expanding Couponstar’s incentive promotions business in the U.K. and Europe. Couponstar will continue to operate from its offices in Sydney, Australia and London.
