The transaction is to include all operating aspects of Las Vegas-based Lending Services including its Las Vegas Mortgage subsidiary and five net branch offices.
"Our ability to direct market this sector should create a great growth opportunity for the both of us," Consumer Direct president Michael Barron said in a statement. "We have targeted June 6 as the launch date to go live with our call centers."
