Communisis Acquires Intuistic for $18.6 Million

Communisis, a British printer, has acquired Absolute Intuistic Ltd, a database marketing services firm for 12.6 million pounds ($18.6 million).

“The acquisition of Ai represents another key step in delivering our strategy of moving away from commoditized businesses and focusing on a full range of value-added marketing communications services to our customers,” said Alistair Blaxill, Communisis executive director, in a statement.

He added: “It will enable Communisis to deliver highly targeted communications that increase customers’ return on marketing investment, based on accurate and intelligent data and skilled analysis.”
