Chinachem Group, a Chinese property development conglomerate, has selected PacificNet Inc. to provide customer relationship management, telemarketing, cross-selling, membership database management, direct marketing and call center services.
Chinachem Group's holdings include residential, commercial, industrial properties, shopping malls, parking garages and hotels. Chinachem Group has over 30 years of history and has completed over 300 tower-blocks in Hong Kong and China.
Under the agreement, PacificNet and its subsidiary PacificNet Epro will provide these services to Chinachem's more than 500,000 residents, commercial occupants and tenants.
