CGI Holding to Acquire Smart Interactive

CGI Holding Corp. has acquired the assets of Smart Interactive Ltd., a search engine marketing services provider, for an undisclosed sum.

This acquisition will reportedly position CGI, parent company of search engine firm WebSourced to expand services in Great Britain and Europe.
