James R. Malone, who was named CEO of direct marketing services firm Cenveo, has been named chairman of the Englewood, CO-based firm’s board of directors.

James R. Malone, who was named CEO of direct marketing services firm Cenveo, has been named chairman of the Englewood, CO-based firm’s board of directors. Susan Rheney, who had been serving as interim chair during the past eight months, will leave the board effective Aug. 31.
The company is also seeking additional independent directors.
Before joining Cenveo, Malone led a restructuring team at information technology firm InaCom Corp.
