Paul C. Carbone has resigned as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Tween Brands Inc., the apparel direct marketer.
The firm said his resignation was not in any way related to a disagreement with, inaccuracies or omissions in the firm's financial reporting and accounting systems. Tween Brands has initiated a national search for a new CFO. In the meantime, president and chief operating officer Kenneth T. Stevens, has assumed the role of principal financial.
