Financial Corp. will acquire auto-loan direct marketer Onyx Acceptance Corp. for $191 million.
Onyx's President/CEO John Hall will report to Capital One executive vice president David R. Lawson.
"This combination allows us to bring full spectrum product offerings and direct marketing programs to our dealers," said Hall in a statement.
