Donald L. Harle, vice president of postal affairs for Diamond Marketing Solutions, has been named the 27th Charles S. Downs Chicago Direct marketer of the Year by the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing. A past CADM president and former industry vice-chair of the Mailers Technical Advisory Committee, Harle will receive his award on May 1 during the association's annual Chicago Direct marketing Days & Expo.
