"This is the first time we can deliver an entire, extra storyline that plays out on-line, over the course of the series," said Lauren Zalaznick, president, Bravo, in a statement. "We're excited to invite viewers into BravoTV.com to see how the character 'lives' on-line as a complement to the on-air experience."
Sports Kids Moms & Dads follows the daily struggles and conflicts of five families as their child athletes strive to excel in the highly stressful and competitive world of sports. The online version details the story of Sonja, a 15-year-old soccer player who is learning what it takes to be a serious athlete. While Sonja's family works around Sonja's soccer schedule, Sonja learns she won't achieve her goal of becoming a superstar athlete without focusing on her academics and physical training.
