BrannWorldwide has named Dennis Eastham as chief executive officer. Eastham, who became president/COO of the Deerfield, IL-based direct marketing agency last October, succeeds Chris Gater, who will continue as chairman.Eastham was president of Barry Blau & Partners when it was acquired by Snyder Communications in 1998. A year later, Blau became part of BrannWorldwide.
