A board of directors has been named for Eddie Bauer Holdings Inc., the new parent firm of Eddie Bauer, pending its emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. William T. End, former chairman and CEO of Cornerstone Brands Inc. will serve as chairman of the board.

The other new board members include John C. Broillard, Howard Gross, Paul E. Kirincic, Fabian Mansson, Kenneth M. Reiss, Laurie M. Shahon, Edward M. Straw and Stephen E. Watson.
