BlueLithium Inc., an Internet direct response network, will acquire ad serving technology firm AdRevolver for an undisclosed sum.
AdRevolver, a five year old company, reportedly pioneered the delivery of Internet advertising by combining an optimization engine that incorporates behavioral and artificial intelligence into a real-time platform.
“When using the AdRevolver technology within our global network, we decided that our best move was to make AdRevolver part of the BlueLithium family,” said Gurbaksh Chahal, CEO of San Jose, CA-based BlueLithium in a statement. “Bringing this powerful technology in-house will allow us to improve it even further, and thus improve the results we deliver to our customers.”
