Blair Corp. Strikes Deal with ShopNBC

Blair Corp. has inked a deal with Shop NBC to market several of its apparel collections on the direct response shopping channel. Blair Corp. has inked a deal with Shop NBC to market several of its apparel collections on the direct response shopping channel.

Blair’s Spring 2003 Crossing Pointe and Jane Seymour apparel collections will appear on the channel this month. The firm’s Women’s 2003 Summer apparel line will be promoted in March.

The "Crossing Pointe Fashion Show" will debut on ShopNBC Jan. 30 at 6 p.m. The one-hour format will use models of all ages and sizes to present fashions. The show is timed to coincide with the mailing of the Spring 2003 catalog and fashion preview on the Crossing Pointe Web site.

Jane Seymour will make two guest appearances to promote her Signature Collection exclusively for Crossing Pointe.

A marketing campaign will include e-mail to ShopNBC customers, promotional spots on the ShopNBC network and print advertisements in the ShopNBC program guide and on the Crossing Pointe Web site.
