Big Dog Holdings Inc. has wrapped up its acquisition of The Walking Company, effective March 3. The acquisition was valued at roughly $19 million in cash, debt and equity securities. The purchase will enable Santa Barbara, CA-based Big Dog to integrate The Walking Company’s footwear and accessories into its consumer-products focused catalog, Web site and wholesale operations.
