Avenue A Razorfish has promoted Clark Kokich to chief executive officer. For the past two years, he has been worldwide president of the interactive marketing firm.
Kokich joined the firm in 1999. Before serving as worldwide president, he was president of its West region and was previously president of the company's Seattle and Chicago offices.
