Avaya Inc., a communication networks, systems and software supplier, has named MRM Partners New York agency of record for its acquisition, relationship marketing and sales channel activities. While the companies did not disclose the value of the account, an industry source estimated that billings might wind up being between $15 and $20 million annually.

Parent company McCann Erickson Worldwide New York has been Avaya's advertising agency of record for the U.S. and internationally since October 2002.

MRM Partners NY’s creative and strategic responsibilities will include generating a mixture of online and offline marketing efforts, such as direct mail, seminars and sales force collateral.
