Anetorder Inc. has acquired a 175,000-square-foot fulfillment center in Strongsville, OH, from its long-time customer Reader’s Digest. Terms have not been disclosed.
The acquisition will enable Anetorder to expand in the education market, as well provide fulfillment services for Reader’s Digest. No staff changes are planned, according to Anetorder.
The Strongsville center opened in 2006 provides fulfillment services for several divisions of Reader’s Digest, including World Almanac Education Library Services, Weekly Reader and Gareth Stevens Book.
Anetorder operates other fulfillment centers in Naperville, IL and Louisville, KY. It offers a variety of fulfillment-related and direct mail services.
The company was founded in 1995 as American Mailers. It acquired a fulfillment center in Louisville from R.R. Donnelley in 2000. It later merged with Anetorder Inc.
