They join current board members Bill Miklas of Sitel Corp., Lisa DeFalco of TPG Telemanagement, Andrew Miller of MemberWorks, and Kathryn Barber of Barber Consulting Services, who were elected chairman, vice-chairman, treasurer and secretary, respectively.
