AIMS has been actively buying and signing strategic agreements: It acquired marketing services firm ATB Media in the third quarter of 2003 and has signed agreements to purchase Harrell Woodcock Linkletter, a strategy, planning and marketing consultation group based in Ft. Pierce, FL, and Prime Time Cable of Orland, as well as other marketing communication firms.
