Interactive agency Agency.com Ltd., New York, has agreed to acquire direct-marketing company i-traffic Inc. for about $50 million in stock and cash, according to wire service reports. Agency.com, is half owned by Omnicom Group Inc., and filed for a $75 million initial stock sale last month.
