AdGent Appoints Interactive, Financial Execs to Advisory Board

Four interactive marketing and financial executives have joined the advisory board of AdGent 007 Inc., a new online advertising services firm based in San Francisco.

Four interactive marketing and financial executives have joined the advisory board of AdGent 007 Inc., a new online advertising services firm based in San Francisco.

New board member Taek Kwon, operating partner of the private equity investment firm TPG Growth, brings retail and technology investment experience to AdGent.

Mobile game publisher Glu Mobile Inc.’s senior vice president of finance and interim CEO, Eric Ludwig was appointed for a seat on AdGent’s advisory board.

Rob Norman, global CEO of interactive media buyer GroupM Interaction and Greg Stuart, former CEO of the Interactive Advertising Bureau, have also become advisory board members at AdGent.

“The breadth and depth of experience on our advisory board complements our in-house expertise to effect much needed industry change and further expand AdGent’s services globally,” said in a statement Cameron Yuill, founder and CEO of AdGent.

The firm maintains offices in New York, Denver, London, Edinburgh and Sydney. It recently raised $5.3 million in investment capital from Australian-based CM Capital.
