Access Worldwide Expands to Philippines

Access Worldwide Communications, Inc. has signed a lease for a 350-seat call center based in Manila, in its first offshore expansion.

Access Philippines will employ up to 600 people at full capacity. It will handle inbound and outbound customer service, customer recruitment, win-back programs, product recalls, special promotions and coupons, and database maintenance, among others.

Access currently operates communication centers in Arlington, VA, Hyattsville, MD, Augusta, ME and Boca Raton, FL.
