Veridigm Inc., a British investment company, has signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire Mobile Media Unlimited Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
"MMU's groundbreaking web-to-cell advertising technologies include targeted marketing, mobile content production and important new delivery technologies, which will add strategic advantages and new revenue streams to our overall businesses,” said Veridigm president Gary Freeman, in a statement.
