Publicis Groupe has bought Phonevalley, a Paris-based mobile marketing agency for an undisclosed sum.
Phonevalley will become the mobile marketing arm of Publicis Groupe Media.
Alexandre Mars, PhoneValley founder, will become head of mobile, Publicis Groupe Media EMEA and will continue to manage the operation.
