BD Network, a U.K.-based advertising agency, has acquired We Love Mobile, a mobile creative agency.
Terms were not disclosed.
Under terms of the deal, We Love Mobile founders Simon
Liss, Si Crowhurst and Ben Scott-Robinson will remain as managing director, business development director and creative director of BD, respectively.
