Specialists Marketing Services Inc. has named Michael Heaney vice president of its list brokerage division.
Most recently, he was vice president of sales in the brokerage division of Millard Group. In this position, he was responsible for circulation planning, list test recommendations, segmentation refinement, and response analysis for many of its major publishing accounts.
