Experian has named Gary Sanders principal planner and Dione Rayside a planner within the decision management practice of its integrated marketing division. Both will report to Nick McCarthy, director of decision management for the division.

Sanders brings eight years’ experience in campaign and data planning to his role at Experian, with a focus in digital and lead generation for blue chip brands such as HSBC, Ogilvy and AA/Saga. Before joining Experian, Gary was a consultant at Dudley Jenkins (DLG Group) and senior data planner at Tonic Advertising.
Rayside was previously director at Conduit Business Information, a firm that specializes in data and call centers.
