Staley has joined the Dallas agency as VP-director of database marketing, overseeing the new unit that will create integrated loyalty programs for retailers. Current clients are Pizza Hut and Rent-A-Center.

Staley had been VP-database programs for Blockbuster, whose Rewards program is the largest fee-based customer loyalty program in the world. Staley is credited with launching Blockbuster's first Hispanic marketing strategy, prompting a 25% increase in Hispanic memberships.

He began at Euro RSCG Retail on Jan. 1; the division will staff up according to business demands.
