American Airlines Engages Loyalty Members with Sweeps

American Airlines is celebrating the season of giving with an online sweepstakes targeting loyalty program members with prizes meant to ease the stress of the holidays. Members of its loyalty club AAdvantage can play, as can new members who sign up to join the program.

American Airlines is celebrating the season of giving with an online sweepstakes targeting loyalty program members with prizes meant to ease the stress of the holidays.

Members of its loyalty club AAdvantage can play, as can new members who sign up to join the program.

People can enter the Ho Hum Sweepstakes to win one of five grand prizes:

  • a trip for two to London to see a Manchester United vs. Fulham F.C. soccer game and $4,000 spending money
  • flight simulator classes, $1,000 cash and two airline tickets
  • a trip for two to Jamaica and $2,000 spending money
  • tickets to two Dallas sporting events and 16 round-trip airline tickets
  • 500,000 AAdvantage miles and $4,000 in prize money.

Players can enter at http://www.aa.com/holiday through Dec. 31. People will receive one entry for registering and a second for forwarding to a friend. TracyLocke and The Marketing Arm are handling the promotion.
