Sharper Image Corp. has requested an extension until March 1 to come into compliance with listing requirements for the Nasdaq Stock Exchange. Sharper Image is preparing an amendment to its annual report.
The company had received a letter that it was not compliance with filing requirements and was subject to possibly being delisted from the exchange. It will remain listed pending a decision by the exchange.
